Comprendre comment fonctionne, mécaniquement, un Broyeur Horizontal à boulets.
Comportement Mécanique du Broyeur à Boulets.
Conception des broyeurs à boulets.
Comprendre les points critiques qu’on doit surveiller.
Améliorer les inspections du broyeur et optimiser les interventions préventives et de dépannage (appliquer les procédures existantes et les meilleures pratiques assurant les conditions de réussite de chaque intervention courante ou spécifique).
Définir et évaluer les pièces de rechange “PDR” stratégiques du broyeur.
Développer, ou mettre à jour, les gammes de la maintenance préventive y afférentes.

Instrumentation de conduite.
Opérations de maintenance mécanique de base sur un broyeur à boulets.
Sortie d’Inspection et de TP sur site.
Etude de cas.
